"Going Pro" Lecture at Alamo City Cerveza Fest

I traveled to Blue Star Brewing Co. in San Antonio for the Alamo City Cerveza Fest on Saturday night. It’s a great homebrew festival and competition put on by the Bexar Brewers homebrew club. The Austin Zealots homebrew club did outstanding and is now in the lead for homebrew club of the year in Texas.

I gave a brief talk on the topic of making the transition from homebrewer to probrewer. The audio and visual aren’t great, but you can get the gist of it.

I also got to meet one of the most knowledgeable persons there is when it comes to brewing, John Palmer. John gave a lecture on water chemistry earlier in the day.
