A few odds and ends...

Here’s a few random things from the last few weeks:

We were able to source some organic rye malt. We’d been trying to get some for a while. It was the last malt in Wytchmaker that wasn’t organic. The other malts beside the organic rye are organic two row, organic carapils and organic carafa.



The Austin Zealots homebrew club came out to Jester King to empty their Oud Bruin and Biere de Garde that had been aging for about a year. They re-filled the barrels with a saison and a Belgian pale ale. Despite driving rain, we had a great time.



Finally, part of our roof blew off in high winds. We’ve got it fixed now though.
