First Piece of Equipment Arrives

It’s not much, but the first piece of Jester King’s brewing equipment has officially arrived in Austin. It’s a 15 horse power pump that will be used to run our glycol system, which among other things will keep the beer at proper temperature during fermentation. Although it’s a small first step, it feels good to actually have something tangible in place now.
