Jester King Beer Dinner at Whole Foods Market Culinary Center

On Thursday, April 5th from 6:30 to 8:30pm, we’ll have a beer dinner at Whole Foods Market Culinary Center (525 N. Lamar, Austin, TX 78703). The dinner is designed to be educational and impart knowledge about food, beer, cooking and pairings. Recipes for each dish will be included. The dinner will be conducted by Jeff Stuffings, Co-Owner/Brewer at Jester King and Wes Mickel, Culinary Center Chef Instructor.

First Course
Watercress, Pea and Sorrel Soup with Mozzarella Curd, Olives and Olive Oil

Second Course
Crawfish and Trout Pie with Dill, Cucumbers and Radishes
Wytchmaker Farmhouse Rye India Pale Ale

Third Course
Poached Chicken and Leeks with Aioli, Mustard and Farmhouse Boules with Fresh Butter

Fourth Course
Shortbread and Triple Cream Rarebit with Honey and Strawberry Jam
