Jester King Featured on Booze a la Cart

Emma Janzen of Austin 360’s Liquid Austin blog recently featured us in the Booze a la Cart series. Booze a la Cart combines two of our favorite things — Austin food trucks and food and beer pairings. The series is a cool concept that helps lend some information and suggestions on doing BYOB pairings at local food trucks.
We chose to pair our beer with Flip Happy Crepes on Jessie Street just off of Barton Springs Road. We had fun doing the pairings and found it interesting how certain pairings worked great, while others didn’t work at all. You can check out the results in the article linked to HERE.
