Latest Das Wunderkind Saison Release & Extended Friday Hours

This weekend we’ll be releasing our latest batch of Das Wunderkind Saison. Borrowing from the old world tradition of bière de coupage, Das Wunderkind is a blend of relatively young farmhouse ale (2 to 3 months old) with mature, barrel-aged beer. Unlike previous batches where the younger portion of the blend was fermented with brewer’s yeast, the young farmhouse ale in our current batch was fermented with our diverse blend of native yeast, brewer’s yeast and bacteria.
