Merlot Grape Refermentation

This is a photo of Merlot grapes from Fredericksburg, Texas refermenting in an oak barrel with mature sour beer. The Merlot grapes are some of the last Texas fruit we’ll get this year. We’ve previously refermented Texas blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries during this harvest season.
