More New Tanks Arrive

Yesterday, three brand new 60bbl fermentation tanks arrived at Jester King. Once online, these tanks will increase our total fermentation capacity by almost 90%. This additional capacity will help us with the supply of our year-round beers, while also continuing to expand production of our wild, barrel-aged beers and blended beers.
Our hope is that some of these limited beers will soon become part of our year-round lineup. We’re still limited, however, by the amount of temperature controlled space that we have for oak barrels and for bottle conditioning. Also, our bottling process remains almost entirely manual and labor intensive. But tank space won’t be quite as big an issue for us as it’s been up to this point.
