Texas Craft Brewers Festival - 10/06/12

We’re excited to be taking part in the Texas Craft Brewers Festival this year at Fiesta Gardens in Austin on October 6th. Tickets go on sale tomorrow and can be purchased through the festival website:

We’re in the process of solidifying our beer lineup for the festival. We’ll look to make the best showing we can!

Editorial Note:

Indeed we are very excited about the upcoming Texas Craft Brewers Festival. The festival will likely be even better than the excellent one last year. However, we should note that the Texas Legislature has not yet allowed the necessary changes to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission code so that half the craft breweries in Texas — i.e. brewpubs — can actually have their beer at the festival. It’s silly that we have these archaic restrictions holding back our locally grown breweries in an up and coming beer state like Texas!
